Presentation of the book “Cognitive psychology. A reader”
The event was opened by Dr. Bak. Dr. Spiridonov talked about the reasons for publishing the book, saying that it will fill the gap in the description of Western psychology that has existed I Russia since 1968.
Dr. Sokolinsky, a representative of Lomonosov Publishing House, talked about the editing and printing process.
Ms Kochenkova, a translator, noted that the book was the first full-fledged manual on the introduction into cognitive sciences. Mr Kotov, a translator, said that such editions, unfortunately, lag behind the current research and emphasized the importance of source reading.
