The event took place in Bialystok (Poland) on May 25-26, 2017. The Moscow participants were six universities, including RSUH. The main topics of the Conference was interconnectivity of philosophical and theological topics as well as rethinking of masterpieces of world literature within the framework of philosophy, with specific attention being paid to the works of Soviet philosophers and Russian “philosophical” writers. Dr. Kuznetsova (RSUH) spoke about philosophy being the cornerstone for plot-making in modern literature. Dr. Nowak (Bialystok University) gave a talk on Gogol and Melvill as mirror representatives of “unfazed passivity” in literature on both sides of the Atlantic.
